Aviation Accident Attorney

An aviation accident attorney is among the first people to be called to the scene when a commercial aircraft or airliner crashes. The crash might have only injured the passengers and the flight crew or it might have killed some of those on board. After such an incident, usually the first thing that an aviation accident attorney should do is check all the possible hints and leads that may lead to neglect on either the part of the aircrafts manufacturer or the general control tower workers. Many times it has happened that as soon as the concerned families hear of such an accident and before the police can come up with an early investigation report; an attorney of such accidental cases is brought into the picture.
A good aviation accident attorney must know that he should not hurry things, as an accident has taken place. People will always like to know how things work and where to go and what to do. Often people go the first lawyer that comes to their mind, which is their family lawyer and usually this is the best option under the circumstances. Only he can then guide you properly if he is the one suitable to take on such a case or should you consult a more reliable resource, one who has a clear mind of handling aviation accidents and has considerable experience in this line of work. An aviation accident attorney will look at things from an unbiased view and then will be able to give you the best advice and help.

Helicopter Training

The Helicopter is very probably the most versatile and useful piece of machinery in the world, from the time of Leonardo Di Vinci’s first drawings to Igor Sikorsky’s first production helicopter these machines have been a source of inspiration and wonderment to man.
Helicopter Training is a very rewarding and challenging undertaking, whether it be for pleasure in the form of a private helicopter license or a commercial license for someone looking for a career in the industry.
The first step to a Helicopter license is a Trial Introductory Flight (TIF), if you have never been in a helicopter before this will give you an indication of whether or not you wish to continue training, during you TIF you will be give the controls and be shown basic helicopter manoeuvres, it is not a lesson and there are no expectations on you.
Anybody can Learn to Fly a helicopter, it just takes basic coordination skills and patience, it is no harder than driving a manual car for the first time. Obviously it can be unforgiving when a mistake is made, that is why you can only be trained by qualified Instructor and you will not be allowed to fly solo until your instructor considers you competent enough to do so.
Once you have decided that helicopter flying is definitely for you the next step is to obtain an aviation medical, I recommend you do this before you begin training just in case you may be deemed medically unfit to hold a pilots license, if this is the case you can still fly but you will always need a safety pilot or alternatively you may be deemed fit but have restrictions placed on your license.
With your TIF and medical out of the way you can get on with the business end of your flight training…almost, firstly though there is the small issue of exams, 7 subjects in total, at private license level these are fairly straight forward, the commercial exams are on the same subjects but cover them more thoroughly. You need a pass mark of 70% or better in all of these exams except Flight Rules and Air Law where 80% is the minimum required. Again anybody can achieve the required marks in these exams, some just have to work harder than others to get them. It is not a requirement to do the theory exams before you begin flying and in fact it is helpful to have ten or so hours of flying under your belt to understand the practicality of flight, I only recommend getting the exams out of the way in order for you to concentrate one hundred percent on your flying.
India Is A Growing Aviation Market

India is a growing aviation market which cannot be disregarded as its finances is booming. The middle class is growing at a fast stride and the aviation sector has a good outlook in the country. West Asian carrier Emirates Airlines likes to choose up a stake in an Indian carrier like kingfisher Airlines, Jet Airways even as the government deliberates on the merits of relaxing the caps on foreign direct investment in airlines. Emirates Airlines picking up a stake in Indian domestic carriers like Kingfisher Airlines and Jet Airways if the government permits such a move.
India and West Asia assist 12.6 per cent to income of Emirates Airlines, which totaled USD 12.4 billion in 2009-10. Emirates Airlines reported snare earnings of USD 1.1 billion in 2009-10 regardless of the international slowdown. He said the carrier was anticipating a 10-15 per cent increase in income from India in 2010-11. Though it permits 49 per FDI in aviation, the Indian government has banned the application of foreign carriers because of security concerns. Besides, Indian carriers, which did not fare well in the past two years, were seen to be susceptible to hostile takeovers.
Although the inauguration of the swanky T3 fatal at New Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International aerodrome earlier this month could be a forerunner to major principle alterations. T3 is the fifth biggest terminal in the world and will twice the capacity of the Delhi airport as the government hunts for to make it an aviation hub.
Suggestions are that the government may now be open to the aviation ministry’s suggestion of permitting foreign airlines to pick up a 26 per cent stake in domestic carriers. Several carriers including Vijay Mallya’s Kingfisher Airlines is in favour of the move, others such as Jet Airways have are against the application of foreign players. Mallya’s Kingfisher Airlines is described to have obtained boasts from Virgin and British Airways. The worldwide Air Transport Association wants India to permit foreign buying into to improve the efficiency of localized carriers. Though the aviation commerce in India has developed at a rapid stride, it has been suspect of neglecting security norms
